Athletes entering the 7th, 9th, and 11th grades must have a new physical this year.  Athletes entering the 8th, 10th, and 12th grades do not need a new physical unless they did not have one last year or if they answer yes to selected questions on the medical history form.  The UIL Medical History form MUST be filled out and signed by the athlete and their parent every year.  Physical forms can be picked up at the Athletic office, High School and Middle School main office.
