Kenedy ISD Meal Site Availability Kenedy I.S.D. Continues to Feed Children During School Closures

Providing healthy meals in the safest way to our community continues to be top priority for Kenedy I.S.D.

While schools are closed due to COVID-19, Kenedy I.S.D. in collaboration with the Texas Department of Agriculture is
finding unique and safe ways to provide healthy meals to children.

Nutritious meals are being offered May 26th – August 18th at Kenedy High School’s Grab and Go Site and our Mobile
Delivery Grab and Go Site. Meals are available Monday through Thursday at no cost to children and teens 18 years and younger, and enrolled students with disabilities regardless up to 21 years old.

Kenedy I.S.D. has made the safety of your family and all staff members the highest priority. Kitchen and serving staff will continue to use all government safety requirements while preparing, serving, and delivering breakfast and lunch.

Please remember to:
● Bring your child with you to the High School Grab and Go site. OR
● Get your child’s meal delivered through the Mobile Grab and Go Site. (Contact the school to set up delivery area.)
The delivery suburban will not deliver to the door. They honk when they arrive if children are not outside. Please
have outside dogs penned or tied.
