Kenedy ISD provides notice to the public that it will accept sealed bids for materials, equipment, supplies and other personal property, which the Superintendent has declared unnecessary to the District’s educational mission including: 

5 Portable Buildings (Old Admin Office, Old Business Office, 4 Separate Storage Buildings)


Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on February 4, 2019 at

Kenedy ISD,  

401 FM 719

 Kenedy, TX 78119

Bid envelopes must be plainly marked on the outside as follows:

OPENED AT 6:00 P.M. on February 4, 2019

Specific bid amounts must be bid for individual items.  All items will be sold “AS IS” and with any and all latent and patent defects and faults.  The District reserves the right to accept or reject all bids on a particular item and choose not to complete the sale. Title to the items will pass to the successful bidder following payment of the bid price and removal of the item(s) from District property.  Items must be paid for and removed from District property not later than ten (10) days following notification of acceptance of Bidder’s bid.  If the property is not removed from the District premises by the deadline, regardless of whether the purchase price has been paid by the successful bidder, title will automatically revert to the District, without notice to the purchaser and the District shall be free to sell the item to the next highest bidder in this sale or as part of another sale free and clear of any claim by the non-compliant bidder.
